PHY 1371 - General Physics I


Principles of mechanics, heat, and waves. An algebra and trigonometry-based physics course, designed primarily for liberal arts, SLP, pre-physical therapy, pre-medical and pre-dental students. This course begins with an intensive math review focused on algebra and trig in the context of the physics of motion. Offered odd fall semesters.

Prerequisite(s): MH 1340   or higher

Corequisite(s): Credit for or concurrent enrollment in PHY 1171
